Overview
With terminals in Delfzijl, Eemshaven and Farmsum, Wijnne Barends Logistics provides an integrated network for cargo handling, storage, freight forwarding and port agency services. Our strength lies in combining ample space, versatile equipment and practical logistics expertise.
Each location has its own character, but our approach is always the same: we think flexibly, organize efficiently and deliver on our promises. Whether handling containers, bulk, breakbulk or project cargo, or providing offshore support, we keep cargo moving smoothly from vessel to truck, rail or inland barge.
With our own terminal equipment, 24/7 availability and recognized certifications and accreditations, including AEO and ISO, as well as compliance with the ISPS Code, we provide our clients with certainty at every stage.

Activities
With three terminals, WBL offers a broad range of services: stevedoring, warehousing, forwarding and offshore activities. Over 170,000 m² of storage, of which 30% is covered. Suitable for virtually every type of cargo.
Cargo
Our terminals handle containers, breakbulk, project cargo and bulk cargo. Additional permits for biomass, waste materials and ADR goods.
Multimodal network
An extensive road, inland waterway, rail and sea transport network, covering the full logistics chain from manufacturer to receiver. All terminals are either accessible by truck, inland barge and sea vessel and/or rail.

Our own stevedores across all three terminals. Containers, breakbulk, bulk and project cargo. Trained, certified and always available. Short turnaround times and clear agreements.
60,000 m² of covered warehouses and 140,000 m² of outdoor storage. Value-added services (repacking, labeling, pre-shipment inspections) and customs warehousing directly at the terminal.
Direct inland waterway and rail connections from our terminals deep into the continent, Duisburg, Paris, Rotterdam, Antwerp. Trucking for the last mile. A single point of contact for the entire chain.
We offer lifting capacity of up to 230 tonnes using two cranes. For heavier lifting operations, we can provide additional crane capacity. Offshore wind components, modules, transformers, and oversized cargo via Eemshaven.
Complete logistical management of the setup and dismantling of offshore and industrial projects. From quay storage and pre-assembly to return flows and demob, tightly planned and coordinated.

The right equipment for every cargo operation. Our terminals operate a versatile fleet of cranes, reachstackers, forklifts, wheel loaders and terminal transport equipment for the safe and efficient handling of bulk, breakbulk, containers and project cargo.

Custom clearance
As an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), we have simplified customs procedures and cross-border security compliance. All three terminals have bonded warehouse facilities, and all customs formalities can be handled on site.
Our in-house team handles the necessary documentation for import and export cargo, bonded storage notifications and phytosanitary inspections. We handle the paperwork so your cargo keeps moving.
