400+ colleagues on board, at the terminals and in the office. Team Orange since 1855. Where you’re not a number, but a name.

Overview
More than 400 colleagues in one Team Orange: seafarers on board 27 vessels, stevedores and operators across our three terminals, chartering, operations and Crewing in Groningen, agency and logistics planning in Delfzijl, and trainees from vocational schools.
We are straightforward, practical and loyal. Hard work pays off here. Seafarers make captain at 26. Trainees grow into senior roles.
This is who we are. Whatever your role, you matter. Short lines, a recognisable orange hull and a shared drive that goes back to 1855.
Team Orange

Hard work paying off is no empty promise here. One of our seafarers made captain at 26. That is the Groningen skipper mentality: straightforward, decisive and full of craftsmanship. We know each other’s name, the vessels and the ports we sail to.
